• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless product was damaged or the original shipment delayed by more than 14 days.

Exchanges 

We only replace items at no cost if they are defective or damaged. Please email hello@cohassetpartysupply.com with photos and a description of the damage/defect to initiate a product exchange.

If your item is not damaged, but you you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at hello@cohassetpartysupply.com to initiate the exchange process. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable shipping costs for the new item.
